In case that the guest wants to leave in the afternoon 50% would be charged extra of the daily based price. Children between 2 to 10 years of age has a discount of 25%. If the client wants to rent a boat exclusive for his party only with no other guests on board a special price will be quoted depending of the duration of the Charter a the amount of guests. General conditions: 1.- Responsibilities: Explore Yachts takes full responsibility for all signed contrackts and arrangements with its clients offering its different programs and services. Explore Yachts is not responceble for Acts of God, Force major, war, strike, delays, fire, accidents and its concequences, epedimies, destrucion of Machinery, acts of goverments, robbery, plundering or any other damage to the company also including accidents caused by subcontracting other services or delays of flights and comercial connections of any travel by plane. In case of mecanical problems with the chartered boat, Explore yachts will substitute with another boat of equal quality and size or offer another charter at a special rate. In case of serious problems Explore will return 80% of the deposit for that charter. 2.- Documentacion The traveller schould bring with him dockuments and identification, in case of problems related to missing documentations or visas, Explore yachts is not responceble for any costs or delays or los of the complete service. 3.- Return of deposit paid to Explore Yachts for reservation of charters paid by the guests. Return of the full amount 30 days before the start of the Charter. Return of 70% 15 days before the start of the Charter. Return of 50% 7 days before the start of the Charter. Return of 25% 72 hours before the start of theCharter. There is no return 24 Hours before the start of the charter. 4.- No return of deposit When travel dockuments are inaducate. When the traveller is not present the day of reservation. In case of Strong rain, bad wether or force major that could bring the security of the planned trip in danger, Explore Yachts reserve the rights to change the program. 5.- Reclamations All reclamations schold be made in writing and send to our office by fax 0212 2634091 or mail yachts@explorepartners.com, not more than 48 hours after the termination of our service.
